Library

The school library is bright, welcoming and spacious and is stocked with thousands of books.

Fiction ranges from stunning picture books to challenging novels for older readers.

Information and nonfiction books are shelved according to the Dewey System and students are taught how to readily access them for research and project work.

Each class has timetabled access to the library on a weekly basis.

Students must bring a library bag in order to borrow and books can be kept at home for up to two weeks.

An enthusiastic team of Grade 5 and 6 library monitors work hard to help younger students with their borrowing.

Parent support with the processing of new books is much appreciated.
